Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide the best healthcare services through our platform. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent while ensuring quality service delivery.

2. Consultation Refunds

  • Full refund if the consultation is cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 24 hours and 4 hours before the scheduled time
  • No refund for cancellations less than 4 hours before the scheduled time
  • Full refund if the healthcare provider cancels the consultation

3. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties during a consultation that significantly impact the quality of service, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Each case will be evaluated individually.

4. Refund Process

  • Submit a refund request through our platform or customer support
  • Include the consultation details and reason for the refund
  • Refund requests are processed within 5-7 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria or appear to be fraudulent. Special circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
