Billing, the 3-Month Minimum and the 30-Day Guarantee — Explained

Setting up a clinic properly — your WhatsApp number, doctors' schedules, services, reminders and review requests — takes about 15 days, and the results (more booked enquiries, fewer missed appointments, more reviews) build over the following weeks. A month is too short to judge it fairly, so most plans run for a minimum of 3 months.

If the AI Clinic Automation Suite is not working for your clinic, tell us within 30 days of going live and we refund the unused balance of what you paid. The 30 days start when your clinic goes live, after setup — so you judge it on real use, and a refund cannot be requested during the setup period itself. It returns unused time only: the time you have already used and the one-time ₹1,000 setup fee are not refunded. The guarantee is specific to the Suite and does not apply to other plans, add-ons or one-time products. The full terms are in our clinic refund policy.

If you bought with a GSTIN, the GST part of a refund is paid once your CA confirms in writing that the input tax credit has been reversed; the rest is refunded straight away. Individual doctors without a GSTIN are not affected.

Onboarding starts the next working day after you pay, and your clinic is fully live in about 15 days. If you are not ready to pay yet, we can reserve an onboarding slot for you at no cost, so that you start the next working day once you decide.

Once the minimum term is over, you can cancel with 30 days' notice; you are billed up to the end of that notice period. Annual plans are discounted in exchange for the full year.
