Already Using an EMR or Clinic Software? How ConnectAI Fits Alongside It

Your EMR or hospital system is where doctors write prescriptions and keep records. ConnectAI works on the other side of the counter: it replies to patients on WhatsApp, books them into your schedule, sends reminders, asks happy patients for Google reviews and brings back patients who are due for a visit. The two do different jobs, so you do not have to give one up for the other.

Ask your EMR for an Excel export of your patients and appointments and we will import it, so ConnectAI can reach the patients you already have, for example reminding someone who is due for a follow-up. If your EMR supports integrations, we can integrate with it as well.

Appointments booked on WhatsApp go into ConnectAI's appointment book, which your staff can see and edit. Bookings your staff enter in ConnectAI count against the same slots, and ConnectAI re-checks a slot after every booking so two patients cannot take the same one. Bookings that are only written in another system, or in a register, are not visible to ConnectAI — clinics that take phone bookings simply enter them in ConnectAI too.

If your EMR supports integrations, we can connect the two. ConnectAI also has an Integration API: your developer or software vendor can create and update patients, appointments and prescriptions in ConnectAI, and receive a notification whenever an appointment is booked, rescheduled, cancelled, completed or missed.
